Yarui Song is an attorney licensed to practice in California, focusing on insurance defense. She represents clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including liability disputes, coverage issues, and defense strategies.

Ms. Song earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Southern California, where she built a strong foundation in U.S. legal analysis, writing, and advocacy. She maintains a continued connection with USC and its legal academic community.

Prior to her LL.M., Ms. Song practiced as a litigation attorney in China, where she handled civil disputes involving contract, tort, and commercial matters.
