Julio Soto-Kim

Julio Soto-Kim focuses on business, corporate, labor and employment, real estate, construction, and intellectual property matters, bringing strategic insight and a client-focused approach to every engagement. Before becoming an attorney, he built extensive experience in commercial asset and property management, construction, real estate brokerage, and entrepreneurship. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Soto-Kim has continued to practice in these areas, leveraging his prior experience to provide clients with practical, informed guidance. Cultured, globally minded, and shaped by military experience, he has worked with international companies and diverse communities, bringing a broad, disciplined, and worldly perspective to his practice.

Outside of law, Mr. Soto-Kim enjoys family time, martial arts, traveling, outdoor activities, cultural experiences, networking, and community volunteering.
