Lynne Bolduc and Team Close $18 Million IPO on the New York Stock Exchange

On June 6, 2025, BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. closed on the sale of 2,250,000 shares of common stock for gross proceeds of $18,000,000.  ThinkEquity, LLC, New York, was the underwriter of this initial public offering.  The stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BMNR” on June 5, 2025.

Interestingly, this was the first cryptocurrency industry initial public offering as well as the first initial public offering in general filed under the new Presidential administration on January 6, 2025.
